Sometimes, life just gives you lemons and expects you to make lemon slurpee. One of the first few things I learnt when I turned the big ONE-FIVETH is that my friends will be the lemon slurpee rain on my beautiful life. =)We make strawberry martinis explode
We sing oldies in class We trash my room in our pjs We lie about the sofa scaring ourselves with horrors We fall down stairs together
We sing "happy birthday" until we mentally reel at the thought of doing it again
We throw pillows and dance around the room
We pretend to be princesses and devils
We get addicted to chips
We're FABULOUS
We eat chocolate like there's no tomorrow
We jump around with plushies
We talk till four in the morning
We fall asleep during Bridget Jones
We watched 4 movies that night/morning
We spy on semi-cute waiters
We curl around on chairs
We randomly use hair curlers
We destroy the slurpee machine in 7Eleven
We have a sugar rush
We sleep like logs
We wake up to "Starstruck" - twice
We raid the fridge for late-night tiramisu
We gobble up pizza
We like Cheesy Onion Garlic Rings, whatchamacallit
We're like the Ace Gang stalking the SG
We stomp on orange bean bags
I had one of the best birthdays ever,

It's one moment I will remember forever, even if true love and all feelings can't be expressed in a single moment, I believe they do, and I'm not lying to myself either.

So, I watched BRIDE WARS the other night, and I was so so so EXCITED, brought not on by the Vera Wang dresses, 7-tier cake, the gasparagus wedding at the plaza or Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson, but my heart pounded and something just went BOOM! when I watched this scene for the first time. So, Kate Hudson's character, Olivia, attempts to button up the back of a Vera Wang, but fails to squeeze herself into it. Then, she screams in hysteria, "YOU DONT ALTER A VERA!!! YOU ALTER YOURSELF TO FIT A VERA!!!! God, what do boys learn in school???" She tells her fiancee that this hullabaloo is all HIS fault for sending her treats.

CLUB
and so her fiancee asks, "The International Butter Club? You mean you've been sitting around eating sticks of butter from different lands?" rofl. I couldn't wrap my head round that quote long enough, so I googled it, and
GUESS WHAT??? (cue outrage)
It doesn't even exist!!!! Why why why? Does this not mean that the Jolly Wallis Cookie Bouquet doesn't exist as well?

Hiyah!Do ignore the emo post on insults, k?^^ Apparently, i'm still an amateur.
Lots Lots and Lots have been happening while i was away from my own blog. This I say because I've been viewing others' and not my own. Hahaha. See the consequences, I've been backtracked about a million comments in my C-box and they're so teeny. So, again, I BLAME HOMEWORK.
Finally, I got Chemi done. Even if I had to sacrifice tit 4 tat. Yeap. Went to Walter's today. He was having a pre-bday bash at his house. I didn't take many pics, but this you have GOT TO SEE.
Isn't this just cute?!!!! It wandered into my bowl all on it's own, inviting me to squish it!

Truth is, it was a sort of steamboat thing, where you can choose your dumplings..Hahaha..I get starfishy! And Siew Mai! Ooh. And Wanton!!!
Okay, next on the agenda. Cute sweets. Aunty Laura, my godmother from Singapore bought me these cause she remembered that I loved them when I first tried them in Australia. They're from a wondrous land called CANDY EMPIRE where you get lost in sugar and la-la your way through CHOCOLATE. And if that sounds a bit Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, this has got to do with me too. The cute sweets are from WONKA, which I am led to believe comes from a ginormous heaven of eternal desserts. Yum-yum!

Hiya peeps!Sorry for the long wait, but here's the continuation of Yun's post on Sunway. =)
Green Tea ; that made me sleepy. Wasn't it supposed to keep me awake? Yun had Boh Tea or something like that, and we considered stealing the tea box thingy home. It was so cute!

Superman was starting on TV, but this was what was on before that. It's a trailer for the movie TALEnTIME (directed by Yasmin Ahmad). A local movie which I DO want to watch despite the fact that a screenshot of the trailer, taken at random with my camera, comes up with this.
That was the last pic I took that day. Think I fell asleep after 10 mins of ICE AGE. Which I did not enjoy when it first came out, and, evidently, still don't.

After a buffet breakfast, of which I had omelettes, crossaints, hash browns, yoghurt, sausages, cereal, a slice of grapefruit, ecetera ecetera, ME & YUN went out to Pyramid to walk. And shop. =D That pic was taken at the walk to Pyramid, where the bistro (and the cakes, chocolate, cream!) and the giant screen was. It was sort of an elevated circular platform where they had plants, as you can see. When we walked past again after the photos...someone had put up a restraining ribbon. Was it cause of us? =)

Okay, so we were to old to queue up (a saleslady told us so when I HAD stood there, with a few toddlers in line), but we did beg for a photo with the OH-SO-TALL model. But i DID want a M.A.C balloon badly, and yunnie and I considered stealing from a kid's pram. *That kid had 3 for goodness' sakes! =)*
Both of us went to ETUDE HOUSE, a very very pink shop. Haha. Shh...We dragged Daniel and Joshua there too(!). We went back Twice, I think. I HAD TO HAVE that nail polish pen! It's so so sporadically cool, just like a Liquid Paper Pen, only in Nail Polish. Perfect for French Manicures. I bought a Nail Buffer too. Which I am now, embarassingly, obsessed with. It's POLKA DOTTED. Yun bought an eyelash curler........................
