Hi. I am Daniel. I suffer from a common disease. I know what I want to say. But they are muddled up in entities which I simply call, feelings. If I try to express this entity, I get nothing but little bits of words which mean nothing when put together. So in order to express this entity, I'm going to need the help of the person who shares it with me. Thank you for the blog post. But as you've seen, I've not been as efficient as you in conveying this entity. So I need you to think of how you met me, how we became friends, how much we hung out, what we all did when we hung out (to other readers, please restrain your thoughts and assumptions :D), how we are creepily alike, how we always like to shop, how we sit around and do nothing and still think it's fun (well... I do.. :D), how we always insult each other for fun, our 'Skype moments', how you always like to squash me, how we always feel like crap when we don't get to go anywhere together (Wednesday town trips), husband and wife, old-couple-holding-hands game, cooking times, and think of how my long blog post became a failure, how you can't wait to see the new one and how you're actually smiling at the thought of the memories. Good. That's about half of the things I want to tell you. :)

I won't tell you to stop thinking about it, of course you damn well should, but what's more important is your priorities in life. You say you want everything and you want to live, but try thinking, for once. If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad right? Well, the devastating fact is that it is. IT IS.
It's not so much seeing the light. It's walking until you lose the road. Let it in, all of it, in its impermanence and frailty and the thought that everything in this world is not enough, because the one inadequate and insufficient, dear child, is you.

Today, I am obsessing about;
Which I do not have and costs about RM53 in Kinokuniya today. Which sucks to the max cause I remember it came out recently and did not cost that much! But I guess it's the American edition, you know, the one with "A Novel" under the the title (because U.S. editions always have that, I have no idea why, but I like it). Anyways, this particular edition was all gold and shinny...unlike the original UK edition, like so:
YES and ALAS, I went to find this copy of The Catcher In The Rye by J.D. Salinger. Last week, I saw it in MPH in Bangsar but I was feeling cheapskate and all that, so I didn't buy it. Well, at Kinokuniya, it was so much cheaper. WHEE. Look, I'm pretty sure, I have a copy at home already, but I've been looking everywhere to no freaking avail. So, I'll buy a new one. BUT BUT BUT the only copy in the whole store has been BOOKED (ironically) by a somebody.
SHEESH.
Then I went to ZARA ( and couldn't find a blazer in my size either). BUT no matter, I will find it this weekend! HA!
Oh, at least one good thing came out of this: I had curry meehoon for lunch. Loves.
OH AND THE GULF OIL SPILL STOPPED!!!
Well, there's one less thing to worry about :)

Not prepared. Not prepared.
Can't say that being 16 I have to prepare but well, it's pretty mindblowing and mindnumbing at the same time. Can't say that I've not been waiting super long. Only 15 years? What's another day.
About three days ago I saw a pretty kitty minky pass by. It was furry white and the kind of cat that you want sitting on a plush velvet pillow while you hand-feed it beluga caviar and champagne grapes and it purring in contentment. It wasn't the stray cat type. Adorable, like me.
Moving on, pretty kitty minky padded it's furry cute feet past the house and up onto the railings of next door. It was stealthy. Charming, not flighty, kitty minky was a work of grace and elegance only a housepet could have. Then, it disappeared into Mr. Next Door's porch (and out of sight).
Then, there came a tabby cat. Pretty cute too, not unlike Chace Crawford. It too, padded up onto the railings, but did not disappear. Instead, tabby dear stood on the low brick wall, peeking on kitty minky. It looked with a sense of longing and happiness and tabby dear, sitting there, really looked fulfilled. The only time it wasn't staring at kitty minky, it looked around him, like someone else was about to catch him at it. Adorable, the longing and youthful guilt of tabby dear.
Anyways, now you know what I mean by stealing glances, a sort of like...
Beauty can always be found in the simplest of spaces.
